Either, a fried egg in a sandwhich,no butter
(protein)
or

Neither are really good for you!.

Instead of frying the egg, poach it!. You can still put it on your toast and it's really yummy!. :)

If you like soup, go for water-based soups, not creamed soups!. Avoid things like cream of broccoli, cream of asparagus!.!.!.etc!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Fried eggs arent so healthy and mushroom soup isnt that full of nutrients!.
How about a 3rd option:
A nice full salad with a couple vegetables ( good to aim for 5 different color vegetables a day) and a protein on a side, which i should suggest salmon because its so good for you, and when prepared right can be SO good!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

mushroom soup!.!.!. fried egg (anything fried for that matter) is unhealthy!. have scrambled, boiled or dippy egg instead!.!.!. you can make egg mayo too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
