Is it a good work-out routine to work the upper body one day and run and do leg !


Question: Is it a good work-out routine to work the upper body one day and run and do leg excercises the next!?
Here's what I do

Day 1
4 sets of stand-up curls, weight 30-35
3 sit down curls, 25, 27!.5, 30
3 sets with shoulders- as many as I can do
4 sets with chest- 35-40 weight
and finally 3 sets with elbow on the bench, lifting the weight!. 25, 27!.5, and 30

Day 2
Run 2 miles for 20 minutes (should I up this or is it good)
Then i'll do various leg machines at the gym!.

I heard tht once you get done with lifting weights it is a good thing to run, so should I do all this in one day!? But I also heard it's bad to excercise the same muscle twice in 2 days so should I space it out between every other day like I have here!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I like it the way you have it (separated)!. As far as running more than 20 mins: depends on how old and in shape you are, I'm 35 and in good shape and I run 2-3 miles a few times a week!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

theres a review of the training program there but you can get it there also!. i like it because it tells you what to do each day!. it has a lot of different workouts and bonuses of what to eat and how to train, etc!. i like it a lot and ive had great results
