Flat bench press?!
Question: Flat bench press!?
is it okay if i work out everyday (benchpressing flat) 6 reps 5 sets!?!? i just want to improve my chest!. will it work out lower chest and upper chest!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

First off, workout every other day!. Working out your chest everday and not giving it time to recover will result in overtraining, which means you could actually lose muscle!.
Flat bench press works out your lower chest putting very little stress on your upper chest!.
Incline bench press will workout your upper chest effectively!.
DONT DO DECLINE BENCH PRESSES!. They are totally pointless, because flat bench already works out your lower chest very effectively!.
So every other day do flat then incline bench presses, 6 reps 5 sets!. Switch around the order of your workout (some days do incline first, other days to flat first)!. Also take in alot of protien to help your muscles recover faster so you can keep going back to the gym faster!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it will work out both in an okay manner, I would work out every other day, and eat protein, also do incline press and decline press to isolate both the major and minor pectoral musclesWww@Answer-Health@Com
