How many sit ups and crunches should I do per day?!

How many sit ups and crunches should I do per day?
to see results? I'm also eating healthy and jogging almost every day. Is 100 crunches enough per day?
Answers:
dont over do it
100 is already HEAPS if u include with running + eating healthy
if u over do it, it wont last
ur muscles will get sore and ull give up/
or youll get bored of too much work
you have to do PROGRESSIVE OVERLOAD
and also u have to variation eg one day sit ups one day skipping + running, etc
you also have to reward urself eg not too much exercise,
you can also eat a LITTLE sweets if ur sticking to ur plan.
do everything in moderation and dont get too ahead of urself .
