Question: How can I stop thinking about food!!?
All I can ever think about is food!! I need to stop eating or I'm going to be the size of a house!! Please help!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

you could probably do a certain activity or hobby that would keep your mind busy so you wont think of food as much!. or you could picture how'd you look like in the future if you keep on overeating!. That might prevent you or maybe scare you from overeatingWww@Answer-Health@Com
DO u always feel hungry and u dont know why!?!.!.!. It could be because u have a tape worm!. Yes it actually can happen to humans and not just animals!!. Or maybe ur just not eating right throughout the day!. If nothing else maybe try and go and do extra activities!? Maybe for a walk at the park with friends or your dog if u have have one!. Go shopping or spend ur day where food isnt there!. Usually when u are lonely and depressed and not feeling secure yourself u tend to pick up bad habbits!. So that could be a possible solution!. The doctor may say u have eating disorder and need help like group theripy or somethen with people who are simular!. U never know!. Never say never and anything is a possibility waiting to happen!. Get a hobbie, something you enjoy more than food!. Exerciseing helps suppress your hunger cravings!. Try going out and having a good time, think about what to wear instead of what to eat!. One of my friends keeps only health food in her house, that way she can only eat right!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I am having a huge struggle with this too, but what's helping me is immediately doing something, or thinking about something else!. Or I pop in a peice of gum!. I would rather eat 50 pieces of gum a day than gain another pound!Www@Answer-Health@Com
instead of thinking about food, think of how full you are and how you don't need extra food

One thing that I know that actually helps is to eat portions rather than one full meal to get full!. It is always easy to eat this way because you are satisfying the hunger but not completely filling yourself up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

its real easy Eat foods that fill you up!.So then you dont eat again and again and again!.then you only eat once!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
