stop eating greasy foods like fast foods!!
dont eat lots of bread or pastas stuff like that
but Im no t saying to stop eating them just less!.!.
no sugars!! like: candy,soda,
try drinking lots of water!.!.!.!. and exercize!!!! go swimming helps alot!!!! eat more sancks in between meals like carrots apples, fruits,, u'll eat less during regular meals!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

im not a girl,but regardless of gender,losing weight is never easy and fast!.!.!.it all comes back to the same stuff- portion control vs vigorous exercises vs attitude(discipline and faith)!.!.!.its only safe to lose about 3 or 4 pounds of fat per week in order not to lose lean muscle tissue!.!.!.workout a lot,but do only those you like or can tolerate about 5 or 6 days a week!.!.!.btw portion control isnt a quick fix weight loss scheme, its a lifetime commitment!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

if you want to lose weight make yourself throw up after meals cause then you get all the nutrients you need but without the fat!.

and by the way good luck in losing the 150 pounds you need to lose and it will take a few years not a few months to get to normal weight!.

sorry but it'll take years to get to a normal weight you'll be lucky to be under 220 before summer!.

cut the carbs - not totally but just lose the bread, pasta, rice and potatos!. and drink loads of water and green tea which boosts your metabolism!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
