If the Dr!. gives you a clean bill of health and tells you that you should drop X amount of pounds then by all means do the best you can to do it, other wise just make sure your all that you can be with all that you are!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well I think it would be best not to look at it as a BIG amount to lose!. Just set yourself weekly goals to lose, say like 5 lbs a wk, or whatever!. It goes by better that way you aren't working yourself to death, or exercising to much!. Don't try to hard or anything!.

You should loose probably 30 to 60 lbs depending on how much muscle you have already!. Good luck!
