Question: Diet and workout !.!.!.Would this work !?
If i ate yogurt progresso soups special k cereals then of course veggies and fruits and water with running everday would this help me loose weight and tone myen after legs then after i loose the 10 pounds get a gym member ship !. I canmot afford it right now but will be able to in a couple months !.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It depends on what you normally were eating!. If you ate a lot of bad food and now you're eating all fruits, veggies, whole grains, yogurt, low fat foods, and you're running everyday then you'll probably drop weight quickly!. If you eat right and exercise everyday you won't really HAVE to join a gym!. I would join if you want to be around other people when you workout!. I used to go to the gym all the time!. I haven't been there in years and I'm in the best shape I've been in since 10 years ago!. It all depends on what you like!. I personally don't want to waste my money on something I can achieve for free!. Now I have more money for new clothes with the weight I've lost!Www@Answer-Health@Com

you would lose weight too quickly, u need protein!! u can still do lots of exercises at home, do the best you can until you get to a gym!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
