Question: How do i loose weight!?!!?
okay im 13 years old so i cant get those fancy **** or buy stuff
soo i need a way to lose weight
im 5'7'' and i weight 145
horrible i know
but i need a way to loose weight
like something i need to do daily
or just

For regular teens your age should get excercise activity 60 minutes a day!. For your calories during this age should get about 2,800-3,400 calories per day (girls and boys)!. Don't eat junk food!. Get plenty of excercise until after 60 mins!. Be active, don't just sit there watching TV, you can use excircizing routines while doing that!. Do these daily, if you eaten over 3,400 calories all those extra calories can end up being fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your only 13 so you cant go to the gym, just paying for my membership motivates me!.!.!.!. but if you have a dog or something, take it for a walk or run everyday, if you dont play any sports you could start getting into a weekly sport with your friends or something, if you really want to loose weight you have to try, not just say it!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hey im 13 to and 131 5'7 im try to get down alittle to because i still have alittle fat on my body!. Start out jogging and run 1 km and move up 10 percent each week and after and I mean staright after to 50 crunches the running will make you lose that fat on your body and the crunches will tone your body so you can get six pack abs!. good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Exercise and stop eating junk!. Your 13 !.!.!. 145 is not so out of reach ot get of with simple exercise!. Go for runs and do push ups!. Turn your body to muscle!. Youtube wokouts!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
