Flexibility? please help?

I reall want to increase my flexibility.
What websites have some good useful stretches?
How long till I notice results?
Do some stretches increase flexibility quicker than others?
Do stretches tone your body?


Answers:

Yoga is a great way to increase flexibility and toning. Stretching alone will not tone.
Anyway you do it, it could take a few months to see results.

I would say, work on your hamstrings and your spine. Those two areas are particularly important to healthy flexibility.

I would try using a DVD as apposed to a website. Try any DVD from Rodney Lee. Then take a yoga class here and there to get some personal instruction.
