HOW DO i LOSE iT?? [BEST ANSWER!!]?!

Question:

HOW DO i LOSE iT?? [BEST ANSWER!!]?

i have been running (almost) every day for a while now, since june. [YES i have been eating the same, if not more. no rude comments on bulimia or anorexia, please. i think its SICK & i probably couldnt do it if i tried. LOL] well anyways, now i have a flat stomach (except for my ovaries) but my arms and legs are pretty much the same-ish. how do i lose it (before school starts-early august)????

Answers:

Well--your ovaries are inside and therefore don't stick out. SO you don't have to worry about that.

You have been running everyday so that is the exercise your body is used to. Therefore your body isn't burning as many calories doing it as it used to.

though check here to make sure you really need to or are you just over dramatic thinking you are overweight when you aren't

You need to vary workout routines. The same thing everyday causes your weight loss to plateau. You need to change it up. And running does not work your upper body that much so you need to do strength training if you want to develop toned arms. Bicep curls, tricep curls. you could even carry the weights when you run (depending on how far you are running). Pushups are great.

Your legs--do you mean thighs or calves? Cardio should be working that but perhaps vary your cardio with some biking. Squats and lunges are great for your quads. Yoga stretches your hamstrings and gives you more flexibility.

However how much are you trying to lose? It's about a month til school starts so the most you can hope to lose is about 8 lbs. I want to make sure you have a realistic goal in mind.

Good luck and dont overstress about the numbers on the scale.
