Question: Is it enough!?
Im 16, and 5'7 and 190 pounds!. I plan on getting down to 145-150 this summer, which starts in a week!.
If i were to ride my bike 6 miles everyday, and ran on the elyptical for an hour a day, and did crunches, ab lounge, and pushups everyday with a day or 2 day rest!. Could I lose the weight!? Along with eating better!? Whats some tips!? Execises without equipment!? Etc!. Also, my friend and I are gonna lift aswell!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, just staying that active and eating normally like pizza; will still make you lose weight!. Because you'll probably end up burning like 1200 calories a day! You'll definitely lose the weight!. Summer is the best time to start working out and being outside and having fun!. Make sure you drink some whey protein! Before and after, you work out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
