Is it possible for situps to work your thighs too?
i just finished doing 30 situps and after i got up my thighs were kind of hurting, is it possible for situps to work your thighs too? or did i just do too many ? also, if i keep doing 30 sit ups everyday how long until ill see results? thanks !

Yes, especially if you are doing full situps. During a full situp, you are not only using your abdominals, but your hip flexors also. They are what you are feeling.
