How do you measure the percent of body fat?!

Question:

How do you measure the percent of body fat?

I know they have skin calipers or whatever you call them, but where do you get them? I don't have one, is there any way to measure what percent of my body is fat?

Answers:

There is actually several ways this is measured, some more accurate than others. Some people take measurements throughout several parts of your body and enter the results using some wierd calculation (not sure where that info is). Others use a dunk tank measuring the water displacement as a tool to measure body fat. Others use calipers pinching fat and different locations throughout the body again using some wierd calculation to measure it. I believe there is also some electric test where they hook up electrodes to your hand and foot and measure how long it takes for the electricity to go through your body (I think it travels faster through muscle than fat or something). Anyways, several ways to tell, some good, some not.
