Question: Getting back into shape after 2 years of complete inactivity !?
I used to be quite active and studied much about health and nutrition!. I did a lot of martial arts and I was very flexible and nimble!. A lot has happened over the past 2 1/2 years and I had cut off all physical activity but I still eat very healthy food!. I would like to get back into shape but all I've been doing lately is some stretching after I shower because I'm not sure where to start!.
I'm all skin and bones and very very weak!. I'm 17, I haven't any money for a gym membership or anything!.

I have the same problem for the same time frame also!.
I am however 48 years old and had been very sick and had major surgery!.
So today my husband and I walked for the first time!. I will do this Monday through Friday!.
I have been a vegetarian since this January!.
If I where you, I would start with swimming!
It will tone your entire body without straining yourself!.!. and then go from there!.
Find a pool or see how much it will cost to swim at the local community pool!. It is usually just a couple of dollars!.
