To loss the weight i think this option and its work for me:
eat more fruit
drink fresh juice
get detoxification
no junk food
no milk
no yogurt
no soda
drink natural water
sport (like exercise, running, walking, aerobic, swimming)
eat more salad
good sleep

Breakfast
Always same: juice presses fresh, as much as desirable, up to 14 ounce; fresh succulence as much as desirable, or salad fruit; when do you very hungry!. When not make difficult, sometimes fun replaced fruit every day that eaten at morning
Lunch
Fresh fruit juice, or carrot juice, 4 - 8 ounce, when does desirable!. Salad with fresh vegetable addition desirable and combination sandwich with cucumber or celery!.
Dinner

It doesn't directly help you loose weight but sometimes people think they are hungry when they are just thirsty so if you drink enough water in a day you may find you don't feel so hungry and don't need to snack!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

at first it worked for me but then after a few weeks doing it I started to retain the water and get really bloated, I'd also need the toilet every half hour, I used to drink about 3 litres a day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
It helped me!. I did nothing else but start drinking water with lemon and I lost like 20 pounds!. But be careful even though it's water you can still od!. It can be fatal so just stick with 8-10 8 ounce glasses a dayWww@Answer-Health@Com

well if you substatute everything you usually drink with water you will lose weight because you are lowering your calorie intake it also helps to flush out your body!Www@Answer-Health@Com
