Question: Am I Fat!? Please Be Honest!?
Ok I am 13 years old (male) i weigh 151 pounds, and im 5 feet and 1 inch!. Am I Fat!? my mom says i need to lose weight and kids make fun of me!. be honestWww@Answer-Health@Com

Yes you are chubby for your age and height!. Im 23 and your height and weigh 132 and consider my self over weight (because i am)!.

Tell her to cook you healthier meals!. Did you know that cutting soda alone for good will make you drop 15 lbs in no time! It's true!.
Exercise by doing what you love like playing a sport!. If your a TV junkie turn the TV off and get moving!. Use you make a few small changes in your life style you'll see how much happier you can be!
Ignore the kids that make fun of you! I once was very overweight when i was around your age!. Kids made fun of me too but when the summer came around i made a goal to have fun and lose weight!. By the 7 th grade girls were coming out the wood work wanting to be my friend!.

To loss the weight i think this option and its work for me:
eat more fruit
drink fresh juice
get detoxification
no junk food
no milk
no yogurt
no soda
drink natural water
sport (like exercise, running, walking, aerobic, swimming)
eat more salad
good sleep
the example eat menu :
Breakfast
Always same: juice presses fresh, as much as desirable, up to 14 ounce; fresh succulence as much as desirable, or salad fruit; when do you very hungry!. When not make difficult, sometimes fun replaced fruit every day that eaten at morning
Lunch
Fresh fruit juice, or carrot juice, 4 - 8 ounce, when does desirable!. Salad with fresh vegetable addition desirable and combination sandwich with cucumber or celery!.
Dinner
Fresh vegetable cocktail juice, soup cream cauliflower!. Potato boat or simple grilled chicken!. Garlic flavor string bean!. Salad green French!.

because milk will build your bones and those are important for the rest of your life!.

you are overweight!. since you are a kid you can probably just cut out eating between meals and sodas and ride a bike for exercise!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
