Question: How can I get my stomach flatter and thighs smaller!?!?
well I Golf and swim but i want to get rid of baby fat!!!im 12 and still have baby fat!How can i get rid of it off my thighs and my stomach!!I also have a Personal Trainer!Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you are willing to follow my method, you are sure going to lose your unwanted body fat!.
1!. As soon as you get up from the bed, start drinking water till you go for toilet!. This time drink water without brushing your teeth or cleaning your mouth!. This will kill harmful bacterias inside your belly!.
2!. Sit on your both the feet and try to bring your both the leg knees as close as possible!. Start this with 5 min and slowly increase up to hrs!.
3!. Drink minimum 3 liters of water daily!.
4!. Do not use table and chair for eating the food!. Sit in posture at sl!. no!.2 told above!.

Wow you seem far too young to be worrying about fat thighs and a flat stomach!. It sounds like you are doing enough exercise it just sometimes takes time to grow into our bodies!. Watch the fatty foods and keep up the exercise and above all make sure you are having fun!. Stop worrying!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
