Perhaps streamlining your diet by switching out for healthier choices, like whole grain breads instead of white, brown rice instead of white!. Reduce your red meat intake and include more fish and produce in your diet!. If you drink juice or soda with your meals, switch out the soft drink for water at one of them!.

Moderate exercise like walking, swimming or beginners yoga would all be good!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

After 65 you should NEVER start any weight loss or exercise regimen without consulting your physician!. BUT, low impact work outs like swimming or walking are safe in moderation!. There are many swim aerobic classes for different age groups, and that would be something that I would implement for my clients!. PLEASE check with your doctor first though!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well you'd want to cut down on some unhealthy foods!.!. If there is anything you can cut down on (sugary stuff, fried stuff!.!. which you should cut down on weight loss or not)
and then start doing some walking and any exercise you feel comfortable doing (and stay in tune with your body)!.
Make it a habit to go for a walk every day or something, or make your walk further!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

go wheat free!. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on!. And no food after 7 p!.m!.
