A great deal of that depends on how long you have been working out everyday!. Where I worked, a lot of people figured they could work out and diet for two weeks and drop the pounds!. Very few can do that!. Patience and sticking to it without getting discouraged is the key!. 20 min cardio, 2-3 sets of 15 reps on the machines!. Push yourself a little harder every week!. You will notice some result in a month!. The first month is the hardest for most, because they give up after not seeing drastic results!. If your using weights etc!.!. you need proper nutrition to help the body along!.!. either your not eating properly or not working out hard enough!.!. I see so many people in the gym just going through the motions!. For them, maybe that's all the exercise they can handle or it's a social club,but to really lose weight, you need proper nutrition and a good effort!. Also, try not eating after 6pm or earlier if you can!. Find a trainer too!. That might help!. Just make sure he or she is qualified!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

This is a rare case of not loosing weight despite of dieting and doing some exercises!. What is your weight, height or BMI!?
Your next step is to consult a dietitian for a chart and go for jogging or swimming at least an hour for 4 days a week!. This procedures will definitely give you better result!.

How long have you been going!? For every 3500 calories you burn more than you intake you will lose a pound!. Either you need to focus more on cardio or you need to reevaluate what you are eating!. Stay away from the carbs whether it says low fat or not!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ok, I think the problem would be your breakfast!. For breakfast you need to eat at LEAST 200 calories!. For break fast you need to include a fruit, a wholegrain and a protein or milk!.
As for lunch and dinner, what I do is split my plate into 30% protein (chicken, fish etc!.), 30% carbs (best source of carbs would be brown rice, sweet potatoes, grainy bread) and 40 %veggies (a salad or cooked veggies)!. It will fill you up because of the protein and the carbs put together so you wouldn't go hungry!.

Now for the exercise, your cardio workout seems fine but maybe you should think about incorporating just some light weight training into your exercise program as well as ab exercises!. Believe me you will see results WAY faster!. You wont go bulky and it will tone your body!. It will produce SOME muscle but it will define your body and give you that sexy shape and add curves!.
