Crash diet, quick question, quick answer plz?!


Question: Crash diet, quick question, quick answer plz!?
I know everyone says crash diets don't work in the long term, but i'm talking short term!. Can i lost 15-20 pounds in 3 weeks!? I am 5'9 and weigh 136 pounds!. Don't convince me not to, wont work!.!.i'd just like answers!.
Do you know of any good crash diets!? Is 830 cals a day!.!.which include, eggs, protein, fish, salad, and fruits good!?

lol I went on plenty crash diets and they actually do keep the weight off if you know what your doing!.

Try this, go on your crash diet and once you lost all the weight!. Then 1 day take in a lot of food, the next go back on your diet, the next take in a lot of food!. This is to make sure the weight stays off but your body returns back to normal!. It will take a couple weeks!. works everytime, people don't recommend crash diets cause they are unhealthy and do however slap weight back on afterwards!. But if you do what I said and start to eat a lot and burning if off the very next day when your on your diet!. Then the weight will stay off your metabolism will return back to normal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well by the time you worry about all the groceries to buy, go get some MYOPLEX meal replacement packs, find a gym or ask about a health food store!. drink 1-per morning-noon-and eat a salad at dinner then 1-more myoplex 2 hours before bed, when you wake up you should be so hungry your stomach hurts follow this for a month drink lots of water also!. also there's more nutrients throughout the day this way its healthy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

be sure to add in almonds(they're pretty tasty and they are great with protein)!. ALWAYS carry a water bottle on you!. Bread is actually good, as long as it's 100% whole grain or 12 multigrain or more!.

Be sure to watch how much sugar is entering your body!. Soy Drinks/Milk is a good substitute because it fills you up and has many helpful nutrients!. Just remember that you may not lose up to 20 pounds!. Try to set a more realistic goal like 12 or so pounds!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you should never try thorwing up, to be clear!.

crash diets can slow your metabolism and mess up your body, because your body sort of goes into starvation mode and conserves fat!. if you want to lose weight, try 1700-1800 calories a day, as little as possible saturated fat, no trans fat, and maybe some cardio exercise like running!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

boil the eggs and only eat the egg whites!. fruits have too much sugar, so go for vegetables and leafy greens, but not carrots, they also have a lot of sugar!. as far as protein, soy and fish are good, but stay away from meat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i know it wont convince you but i advise you not to try to lose weight your skinny enough if you lose anymore you might break or somethingWww@Answer-Health@Com
