Hi to all, Then since 2 months im trying to lose weight , i've already lost 13 Kg till now, it was going good 13Kg in less than 2 months it's enough i think, by the way i dunno why but since 1 week i didn't losing anymore kilos >!.<maybe cuz i eat once a day and my body going in starvation mode!?Help pliz ( srry my bad english but im italian, i've already asked that in yahoo italy but i get just 2 answers useless) hope u can understand me anyway!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It sounds like you have hit a plateau!. On any diet, you will lose, then hit the plateau where you don't lose, then lose again!.
Eating only one meal a day is starving your body!. It will cause your body to go into starvation mode!. It is better to eat 6 small meals a day!. A small meal will fool your body and keep it from going into starvation mode!. Small meals can be just breaking up two nutritional meals!. Just make sure you get enough calories throughout the day!.
Spicy foods seem to help speed up the metabolism so I always incorporate one spicy food per day!. Normally at dinner!.

okay ur prob in starvation mode u neeed at least 1500 cals for a guy and try to burn 2000 at least then ud lose about 1 kg a week burn 2500 2 kg a week hope it helps and eat at least 3 small meals maybe 4 its keeps ur metablism up burns more that wayWww@Answer-Health@Com
thats bad dont starve yourself go to a gym and exercise eat well mornings cereal lunch salad dinner eat watever you think is healthyWww@Answer-Health@Com
