How to lose 10 pounds?

How can i lose 10 pounds in 3 months? what EXACTLY do i eat(meals ideas) and what is a great work out plan and how often should i work out? I don't have a gym membership but, i have a bike and a pilates dvd also I hate running and cannot do it longer than like 2 or 3 mins....not because i'm huge or anything but, because I am not an athletic type. please help?!!!

eat all veggies (salads) and add in a little protein every few days or eat and drink protein supplements. 10 lbs is really easy to lose buy just doing a lot of cardio exercises. If you don't like running then bike or go do laps in the pool if you can. You need to do cardio 5 times a week or more for at least 30 minutes straight at your optimum heart rate for your age and weight. Hell if you do that I bet you can lose 10 lbs of water weight in like 3 days easy then after that you will be burning off the fat which is what you really want.
