Can you help me get motivated to exercise?

I have GOT to get healthy....my weight is at an all-time high, and I can't seem to stop eating! It seems to take a lot to get me full lately. I've actually started cutting out the sodas a bit, and the beer, but I need some good advice. I'm ready to start being healthy!

Comming from someone who is trying to get healthy and lose weight as well, its hard to find motivation. Personally, I've learned that having a negative opinion of yourself and telling yourself "youre fat" is not a good way to lose weight at all, as well as thinking that you should rely on weight-loss pills. You must learn to have self control. If you know that there are many things in your diet that you need to cut back on, instead of going cutting back on all of those bad things at once, try doing only one a time. But take it slow, like on a week-to-week basis. Also understand that even a little exercise is better than no exercise. But have fun. Your work out shouldnt be boring. I listen to music when I run on the treadmill. Try taking a brisk walk in your neighborhood or go swimming. Renting exercise tapes from the library is great too, because that way, your not spending any money, and you can keep your workout new and exciting. You'll find that knowing that you've taken these steps to a better you feels great, and that is motivating!
