Question: Diet and exercise Q!?
Can someone please tell me if I'm going about this the right way!? I'm 29, I'm 5', and I weigh 110 lbs (female)
I want to tone up, I don't really care about actual weight!.
I'm consuming about 1500 cals, 28!.5 g of fat, 177!.5 g of carbs, and 118 g of protein daily!. This is coming from things like fresh berries, protein shakes, chicken, tuna, lots of veggies, quinoa, and whole grain products!.
I strength train 3 days a week, and am adding 3 days of moderate cardio!.
Is this a good enough plan!? When should I expect to see results!? I've been doing it for almost 3 weeks, and really don't see anything yet!. Will I look any different at all in 2 more weeks!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

that sounds really good!.
depending on what you are doing when you strength train, sounds like a good plan!. just make sure you are pushing yourself you know!? it can tak up to 8 weeks to see results sometimes!. dont give up! its the main thing =]Www@Answer-Health@Com
