ok im 17 and starting a bulk cycle i've been using whey protein previously,however now im short on cash!. I heard the nonfat dry milk powder can make a good substitute in protein shakes!.Is this true!?
If so does this sound like a good after workout shake!?

300-400 ml of apple juice (or if you're watching carbs, use crystal light or sugar free cool aid)
blender !.!.!.
drink it fast before it settles!.!.!. you might think you'll gag or puke!.!.!. but surprisingly, it doesn't taste that bad!.!.!. it's got a better amino acid profile than milk!.!.!. and it's probably cheaper!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

and Ive been messing around with my workouts being deployed!.!.!.!.I'd suggest start light!.!.!.!.15light,12medium,10heavy!.!.!.and just go till Ur **** tears

Your recipe has a lot of carbohydrate!. The high tech whey protein powder leaves the carbs behind!. You could also add an egg to this or 1/4 c eggbeater!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
