How long have you been exercising on the eliptical!? If you're barely starting out, then 30 minutes would probably be the wiser choice!. If you're feeling up to it, though, do 45-60 minutes!. Remember, after 30 minutes, your body shifts from burning carbs to burning FAT!. So just do what you think your body can take (without overwhelming yourself)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
