Question: How can i lose weight quick w/out going to a gym!?
I'm 5'10'' weight 165-170 lbs and 16 years old!. I have a gut but it won't go away and everything I've tried and done hasn't ever worked and i need some new ideas pleaseWww@Answer-Health@Com

I myself was having some weight problems 2 years ago when I was only 5'1" & 140lbs and 14yrs old!.
within 2 months I lost over 25lbs!.
this is what I did:
FIRST you must stop drinking sodas and other drinks that have sugar; just drink water!.
2nd-stop eating chips and any junk food/candy!. Stay away from ALL fatty foods!.
3rd- Eat a Lean Cuisine, there are 100's of different types, for lunch and another for dinner!. I know you're probably going to be a little hungry after you eat one so after you eat a Lean Cuisine, eat a bowl of a low-fat & low sugar cereal and if you like milk with your cereal, as most people do, use fat free milk, which still tastes great!.
4th- so after you have eliminated all unhealthy foods from your diet plan, now time for exercises!. For me to lose over 25lbs in under 2 months I ran every single day, running about 1hr or more each day!. Once I got home from running I would do 50 regular crunches (x2), then 50 advanced crunches (x2)!. Then I would do 100 push ups in sets of 20!.
Do that everyday for 2 months, eating the way I suggested and I guarantee you will lose 25lbs or more depending on how hard you work!.

Since you go to the gym and are gaining weight, the quantity of calories you take-in is higher than the calories you burn!. So, you gain weight!. 170 lbs isn't bad for your height!.
Some women stars have a trick that might help you!. They take a bag with 500 pennies in it and dump it on the floor!. Then, they bend down and pick up each one -- one bend, one penny!. Really makes sure you get the ab and waist exercise you want!.
See someone at the gym with great abs!. Ask what they did!. You'll be shocked at how much work it takes!.

Take a walk each night!.

dont get lipo and don't drink diet soda!. lipo is not right for you and diet soda is worse then regular soda!.!.!.
running is bad on your knees so you should walk around your neighborhood for like 30 minutes everyday with a friend or something!. or jumprope and dance in your room!. crunches are okay but bad for your neck and don't really do much!. try a sport!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Lunch eat a grilled chicken breast vegetables with light oil 1 teaspoon and a fruit!.
Dinner eat a tuna or chicken salad / grilled or broil chicken breast with Mrs!. Dash on it and a small cut of vegetables and a fruit!.
no eating after 7pm !!
do 250 sit-ups in the morning and 250 sit-ups before bed!.
Do leg squats against the wall 3 sets of 20 once every other day!.
Walk for 30 minutes twice a day or jog in the house for 30 minutes if the weather is bad out!.
Ride a treadmill for 20-30 minutes a day and that should do it!. Make sure you do this through out the day not all at once!.
Try this for 6 weeks and see the difference only if you really want to loose weight!.

your not heavy but if you do have a little fat around your stomach dont do situps!. do cardio!. just walk for a half hour a day!. Get an ipod or cdplayer and go around the block a few times!. Also know that oranges oatmeal milk and egg whites are fat burning foods!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Eat right, come up with a good diet plan and stick with it!.
Get a workout DVD, cheap at Wal-Mart, and start doing it once or twice a day!. Also, long brisk walks will help and lots of crunches!.

What I am doing is bike riding on a road bike!. Easy to ride, and you go fast!. Plus its fun, and you don't get laughed at bnc u suck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
