Question: Just started gym need Help!!!?
Hi all i just started gym at lunchtime 4 days a week at school Mon , Tus , Thurs and Fri and i wanted to know if its enough rest time!. i do it at about 1 pm every day!.
No i don't feel any pain ect but someone told me u have to have 1 day on 1 day off but i dont know if thats true + its a 24 hr break between everyday i go from 1PM one day to 1PM next day = 24 hrs :)!.!.
Anyway if anyone could help me out that would be fantastic!. thanks :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

The rule about one day on, one day off is generally for people that train really really hard!. People that are aiming to be professional athletes or body builders, people that calculate everything the eat and when they eat it!. If you're just taking a regular gym class at school, it's just considered regular exercise and is fine to do everyday, just don't overdo anything too quickly or else you'll injure yourself and be sitting out for a long time, losing everything you've gained!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
you need to rest 24 hrs before working the same muscles again and occaisonally you need to rest for two daysWww@Answer-Health@Com
