Ok am i right?!
Question: Ok am i right!?
ok so me and my friend have this argue about something
so my argue is that for example: doing 10 push ups then failure, then the next day you can do 12 then failure does this mean you are getting stronger and your muscles are adapting because it has to because you are forcing it!. he says that you don't get stronger and it wont do any thing!. same thing with doing a weight you can do between your max and mid until failureWww@Answer-Health@Com

Well when you're lifting your muscles really aren't building themselves back until after your workouts so what you eat and do 24 hours after your lifting is important because you're tearing your muscle fibers and then they are rebuilding themselves stronger!.
That's why people (like us gym rats) get so excited when we're sore because we know we got in a good workout-but even if I don't wake up sore the next day-I still know I am getting stronger and having more endurance!. But it takes more than a day-Hope that helps!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Over time you'll get stronger!. But not the next day!. Your muscles are just learning how to do the exercise more efficiently, so it becomes easier to do extra pushups!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
