Lay flat on the ground, hands at your side!. Life your feet about six inches off of the ground while keeping your legs straight!. Hold this for as long as you wish!.!.you should set a time for yourself (always a little longer than you think you can)!.
Also, with a partner, still on laying on the ground, have them stand at your head while you hold their ankles!. Raise your legs up to about a 90 degree angle and have them push your legs back hard to the ground!. You have to stop them about six inches from the ground and repeat in sets!.
In the crunch posistion, the one with your legs in the air, the further away from your body your legs are, the lower the region of abs you are working out!. Regulate crunches this way!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
