Chest workouts!?!
Question: Chest workouts!!?
When i workout my chest i only feel it on the end where it meets with my arm before and after i workout!. I train hard using heavy weights for low reps but all i can ever feel is my chest burning in that place no where else!!! is this all i supposed to feel or am i doing something wrong!.
PS Im doing incline benchpresses and flys and dips and pushups the only thing I dont do is decline stuff!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

That is normal!. But I would include one last set for each exercise for 1 high rep set in the 10-12 rep range!.
What your feeling now is the effects of heavy/low rep sets which place a higher pressure closer to where the insertion of the pecs are in your chest!.
that is great for strength but do that one lighter set of high reps and that will round out the chest routine!.
