since its summer now and its warm, put on like 4 pairs of sweatpants and like a hat and sweatshirts, then!.!.!. run A LOT like 2 miles then you sweat a TON and then since you'll be so dehidrated, you'll throw up!.!.!. even more weight!. if you want to sweat more put a trash bag that has holes for your head and arms and legs and you'll sweat like pounds!. (just dont do this too often cuz its not too healthy) :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat right and exercise' swim, take long walks at a brisk pace then slow down a bit for a distance and pick up the pace!. Proper eating and a little exercise will go a long ways/ The diets you see on TV and in magazines will not work without the exercise; you can do it yourself!. Take it on as a personal goal, be aggressive about it, don't let anyone change your mind, and show the world you are a better person because you did it!Www@Answer-Health@Com
South beach diet- you will lose weight fast around 10 lbs in the first two weeks!.
stop drinking pop- mostly only drink water atleast 8 glasses and then another for each 10 lbs!. you want to lose!.

how tall are you 120 might be fine for your height, as you get older you just gain weight it settles a little differently- you will probably have to work to keep your figure now- i know i hate it too!. When I was in highschool I ate so much and never gained a lb!. even after highschool but after my second child I just can't seem to lose all of the weight- I guess if I kept at it I could

Even if you are short- it depends on where and how your fat is distributed- in highschool I was 106 for the first few years and then towards the end of my junior year I gained a bunch of weight- I got it off and stayed between 115 to 120 and looked fine- sure I wanted to lose a little here and there but it was situated fine, just where it should have been!. So if you have a stomach do ab exercise- I definitely recommend trying pilates- it's great and so refreshing!. If it's your arms or legs focus on those areasWww@Answer-Health@Com

dont stop eating because your body will eat off fat stored!. but obviously if you stop eating for a long time youll lose weight!. but i really really dont suggest that, its not good for your health or your body!. eat lots of fruit and vegetables, cut down on stuff like bread and cheese!. and exercising definitely helps!. :) oh, and chew slower because you digest your food in about 20 minutes, so eating slower will fill you up and you'll eat lessWww@Answer-Health@Com
you can never loos so much weight you notice it in a day!.probably a month!.you need to stop eating all those greesy foods!.you are supposd to eat 4 fruits and 5 veggies a day!.you have to get good exersise,and jog outside for an hour a day!. hope this helps!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

try to exercise everyday like 50 counts, or play Playstation DANCE REVO at your home it really works! and you're going to have fun! :D like i do, i lost 10lbs in like a week,it's a good exercise for muscles!. try it!.

welllosing weight too fast is never good for you and usually the weight comes right back but just excersize and drink alot of water and cut back to 1000-1500 calories a day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

hey you sound fine to me, im 18 and im 113, yo sound fine to me try running though, i love it it keeps me in shape, or, my mom went on waitwatchers and just lost 30 pounds in 2 months so ya :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
just play sports and do sit ups every night if the floor is too hard then just do it on your bed and run or ride a bike to school u will see results in about 2 weeks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
