If i only had Atkins Advantage drinks for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with lots of water, and Special K20 protein water throughout the day, for one week, and walked 5 miles a day, tell me what would happen!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You would lose a heck of a lot of weight, but the only thing is that you would not have very much fiber!. Walking 5 miles a day only burns 500 actual calories (100 per mile), so that is not a lot, but it keeps your metabolism up all day!.
You have to make sure that the shakes have Vitamin B-1 (Thiamine), and potassium, because the diet serious depletes those minerals from the body!. If not, you need to supplement your diet with those!. Add some psyllium fiber and some flaxseed and you should be good to go!Www@Answer-Health@Com
