I have been taught that it is healthy to eat fish at least twice a week!. Red meat is ok but try to eat leaner cuts of it!. Chicken or lean cuts of pork are also good!.
Summer is great for grilling, which is a pretty healthy way to cook!.
You should also try to work in veggies where you can!. If you aren't crazy about them, then just make small steps in eating them!. Put lettuce on a burger or sandwich, add one more serving of them to one of your meals,etc!.
Whatever you do, don't starve yourself/skip meals, cuz your body starts to hold onto fat cuz it doesn't know when it will get it's next meal!.
Portion size is also important!. They say a portion of protein - chicken, steak, etc!. should be no larger than the palm of your hand!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
