It just means taking more then one supplement at once!. Example is after I lift or workout I like to drink protein and l-glutamine!. Protein for my muscles and l-glutamine is an amio acid( what muscle is made up of) is for restoring the glycogen in the muscle cells faster!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
The term stacking means taking multiple Natural Dietary supplements instead of just one!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
As no one supplement works for everybody, bodybuilders use different supplements together to maximize results!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
