Cleaning, Dancing, Yard work, Painting (squatting and lifting)!.
Almost anything you do will be working out, but you have to keep moving in order to actually get the benefit!. Repetition is the key, so every few days work in the lawn or work on fixing up your house or bedroom!.
There are also fun ways to exercise, such as exercise classes, running groups, dancing, dance classes!. Just get up and move, go out and shoot basketball!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
