Question: How long, without working out, would it take you to lose muscle definition!?
How long would it take for the muscle definition to gradually fade away, if you stopped working out on weights; Provided you keep up a healthy diet and normal regular exercise such as walking, bicycle!. Always wondered this!. Thanks!Www@Answer-Health@Com

your muscles will shrink a bit but if your still exercising you should still have plenty of muscle definition you will lose some strength toWww@Answer-Health@Com
