I'm SO tired! I need a boost. Ideas?!
Question: I'm SO tired! I need a boost!. Ideas!?
I have been going around the clock the past 3 days because I had finals this week!. I have managed to get in a few naps here and there but not near enough!. I'm about to leave to go take my last final and then I have to meet someone from out of town!. I don't know how I will stay awake!. Any suggestions!? I'm just trying to figure out something (aside from coffee) that can give me a nice boost of energy until this afternoon when I can crash!.

chug some tea/exercise drink/caffeine-filled stuff!. Don't do this all the time, it will harm your body for sure!.
There are a type of lotion, you rub under your nose, and they are so minty, they keep you extremely high (not drug high)!. you could improvise, like with toothpaste or chili oil or something!. Toothpaste on the face stings like hell, and can keep you awake but might interfere too!. slap yourself, get someone to pucnh you extra hard, or dunk your head in icecold water!.

Go swimming!. Just a few leisurly laps, not too fast and vigorous or you will end up more tired!.
The cool water will refresh you and the exercise will boost you with oxygene!.
Or go for a brisk walk!.
Or, if you have a bit of time inbetween sitting exams and meeting the friend, take a short 'powernap'!. If you nap for 90 minutes you will go through 1 sleep cycle and will feel refreshed after that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
