if u eat protein foods and do weights,,because weights buld muscle while burning fat at a fast pace,,eat protein in preportion,
bananas,potatoes,,vedgies,,and no oily foods,,no takeaway,,

Nothing sweet unless it is a physical fruit!. Fruit smoothies aren't allowed!. The majority of fructose that you eat (unless it is from intact fruit) rushes your liver cells, and thus spills over into metabolic pathways that turn it directly into fat!. Intact fruit prevents this by using it's intact fiber to release the fructose slowly into the intestines so that the liver cannot get rushed by the sugar!.

If u want to build muscles, u should have more protiens in ur diet!.
Include all diet friendly dairy products like skimmed milk, peanut butter and cheese sometimes!.
Eat all lentils especially SOYA!.
AVOID- fats like ice-creams and fried food!.
