Question: What excercise can i do at home to get a well tone and lean muscle!?
i usually do sit ups, crunches, and push ups every night!.!.!.is there anythign else i can i do!? I dont want to have like massive muscle and look like those beefy lookign guy!.!.!.just some well tone and lean muscle, especially aroudn my stomach area!.!.!.!.trying to get a 6-packs and build up my chest!. any suggestion!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
