Ugh I'm so frustrated with myself!?!
Question: Ugh I'm so frustrated with myself!!?
So I've been with weight watchers for 5 months or so, and have lost over 30 pounds!. This week has REALLY not been my week though! Every weekend I let myself eat whatever I want, then lose all that weight and more during the week!. But this week I started out every morning eating healthy, but at night I'd just start feeling sorry for myself or something, and eat like a pig! This is what I've had so far today:
2 small donuts
small bagel with nonfat creme cheese
cup of soup
6 inch subway sandwitch
TINY piece of cake
bite of chiecken and noodles (mom made special dinner and wanted me to try a bite)
BIG bowl of ice cream, hot fudge and whip creme
SO I started out OK, but got out of control! What is a way for me to not go crazy!? I'm hungry in the evening because I don't proportion my meals properly, and I know my problem, but what is a way I can do this!? I weigh in on Saturday, and MAY just skip this week!.!.!. Lol I get depressed if I gain any weight!.!.!.
How should I keep positive!?!Www@Answer-Health@Com

i was told if you have that problem to drink a lot of water to make you feel fuller but too much water could be bad so be careful if you feel dizzy for drinking too muchWww@Answer-Health@Com
