How is my workout? What should I improve- Please Help!?
I been running on my treadmill on 5.0/10 for 25 mins everyday, doing 100 crunches/situp's, 500 step climbers, and 100 pushups everyday. I want to lose weight and get abs, can anyone help??
P.S: I'm 5'7, and weight 145lb if that helps

You need to rest a day inbetween these workouts.If you do not give your muscles time to rest it will set you up for injury.Your workout seems a little extreme.The running is good and that can be done every day but maybe get outside for a run.Sometimes running on a different surface will give your body more of a workout.Instead of doing so many crunches,try a variation like abs on the ball.According to your height and weight you seem to be in your range.Maybe lighten up a little.Make your workout more fun.You probably need to just tone up.
