i am 5 ft 9 in 276pds i need to lose 75 to 100 pounds, how much fat calories and carbs should be my maximum intake per day?

You don't say how old you are. If you are over 18, you can go to weight watchers, to find a meeting near you: http://www.weightwatchers.com
Otherwise, check out the south beach diet, or other plan at your library. You can even buy one of those calorie counter pocket guides at the grocery store for about $2. Plan to eat 1500 calories a day. You should lose 3-4 pounds a week.
Do eat 5-7 servings of fruits or veggies a day
2-3 servings whole grain bread,pasta or rice
2 servings skim milk
lean protein at each meal, a serving is the size of a deck of cards.
Absoloutely no McDonalds, Burger King, Wendys, or other fast food. No fried foods, french fries, burgers, etc. No sugar sodas, only no cal soda drinks.
