Okay I'm almost 12 and I weigh on the verge of 89-90. I've played soccer 8 years ( I started in Kindergarten), and I have a lot of muscle in my legs. I have never been so sure about my stomach because I've always worn 1 pieces. This year I just started to wear a tankinee. I'm 4'11 (i think) or 4'10, around there. I really want to wear a bikini but I my stomach isn't completely flat. I think my scale is off by 3 pounds. Is this normal? Will running for 30 min. or longer every morning help? My friend did it and she said it helped. Is 30 min. long enough or should I run longer? How quick will it help since I'm younger and not older and it won't be so hard to loose? IDEAS PLEASE!!! And if that's normal...
