Im trying to gain this is what i ate today will eating this have any results in weight gain? Is this a good and healthy way?
BREAKFAST
2 bowls of Cream of Wheat with 1/4 cup of 2% reduce fat milk, sweetened with splenda.
SNACK
protein shake and protein bar
LUNCH
2 tuna sandwiches made with 2 slices of honey wheat bread, and 2 slices of 100% whole wheat bread, 1 can of tuna in water(6oz), and carrot sticks.
SNACK
3 cups of Fiber Plus Honey Clusters with 1 cup of 2% reduce fat milk.
DINNER
3 small potatoes boiled, carrots sticks, all wrapped in 2 96% fat free whole wheat tortillas. and a fruit and yogurt parfit
SNACK
Protein shake
Is this a good way to eat, and get my calories in? Will eat these types of food have result with fat, even if i lift weights and sit-ups and push-ups.

dont listen to dixie chick. ice cream to gain weight will make you chunky. i think you did great. your eating really healthy and getting a good amount of protein. make sure you lift weights and exercise though to gain lean muscle, not fat! good luck!!!
