Question: Loosing weight help!! how much is to much!?
im 26, 5"2 weighing 120 pounds, i have PCOS for about 6 months!. I really want to lose lots of weigth but its really hard i exersice 30 mins 4 days a week!.
And im always hungry,and crave for foods, i always want to eat , its like so hard to control my hunger!.
what can i doabout my being so like to eat, if i drink lots of water i feel bloated and still hungry!.
Can i be PCOS free!.
is it good to eat it 2 slice wheat bread!.

i dont eat rice, when im hungry i eat 2 slice of it!.

i was overweight & i always had this craving for eating something or the other all the time till i researched about it and took some stern steps > > >
a)!. take high protein diet - protein digests slowly and keeps u feeling full for a long time - eat chicken - fish - eggs - sprouts etc!.
b)!. include water - dont drink loads of it but keep a sipper bottle with u all times to take a sip if u feel the crave !.
c)!. include nuts - nuts are the best to waving of the hunger - eat almonds - groundnuts - walnuts - n u will never ever feel the crave again !.
last but not least - - - > have a sound determination and ve an
image of yourself set in near future all slimed down lookin all dashy!.
wheat bread is okay but keep that in moderation not more than 3-4 slices a day due to carbs present!.
oatmeal is great - it has fibre - complex carbs - even reduces fat n cholestrol, replace ur breakfast with oatmeal !.Www@Answer-Health@Com

oatmeal is great for a diet!. And if your gunna pick carbs wheat bread is the way to go but really still try not to eat to much of it!. i have ur problem i always want to eat!. Get fruits and veggies like the ones already chopped up in containers!. If its easy you'll eat it!. Also get popcorn its a great snack takes a while to eat and its pretty good for u!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
