I run everyday!. I eat healthy, carbed foods and good fats such as salmon, nuts, etc!.
But I get urges to eat fast food/chips!. Is it ok to pig out on this given day!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Have you heard of the 80/20 rule!? It says that it's OK to be bad with your diet and exercise 20% of the time, if you're very good with it for the remaining 80%!.
Junk food doesn't hurt at all occasionally!. It's when you consume it every day that it becomes a problem!.
In our house we have one night a week when we eat chocolate and one meal a week we have pizza, which is OK because we're pretty good with our diets the rest of the time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Listen to me because i had the same problems sunday is my day to go off the eating plan i treat my self really nice and before i eat what ever greasy food i buy i tell my self i've been really good to myself this entire week so i deserve this treat
the reason why diets fail is cause they really cut you off from everything thats really unhealthy but really good in taste and that craving makes your body store any fat or sweet you consume even in your really healthy food intake because its trying to make up for that food you crave and thats where you gain weight
but remember that or well at least for me sunday works great cause on monday i workout twice as hard to kickstart my week and get rid of that small feeling of guilt i get after pigging out
