obviously eat them in moderation. But maybe do a trade off sorta thing. I can eat a few oreos tonight because I am having a nice salad for lunch, etc. Or just make sure you get the essential good stuff( 4 servings of veggies, 3 servings of fruits- or whatnot), and if you are still hungry after all that then feel free to indulge. chances are, you'll be so full that there won't be room for junk food. And also keep in mind - oreos/doritos, whatever your vice; aren't going anywhere. You can eat them every once in a while as a treat without eating them like they are going out of style. Good luck!
