However when you're walking along on an outdoor track, you're using all your own power!. So it's a bit more challenging than walking the treadmill when it's not inclined!. You can plan a route that has hills for incline!. You also get to be outside, get some fresh air, get some sun, and enjoy nice weather!.

to burn more calories and get a better workout, an outdoor track bcuz when you walk on a treadmill, the belt your walking on helps you walk a little bit so its not as difficult!.!.!.!.so outdoor walking is better cuz its all you! if you have knee problems or pain when you walk, walking on the treadmill is better for you cuz you have that little extra push which helps and isn't as hard on your body!.!.!.either way, its good to do tho!Www@Answer-Health@Com
for me, a treadmill!. You can control the speed and resistance and it's in an indoor, climate controlled environment!. an outdoor track can be hard on your knees, depending on your age of course!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
